Blacktown Solar City

With funding under the Australian Government’s Solar Cities initiative, the Blacktown Solar City consortium is working with business, Blacktown City Council and the local community to rethink the way energy is generated and used.

The Business Energy Efficiency Program is run by Big Switch Projects to make it easy for businesses to tackle climate change.

We offer discounted energy efficiency reviews, carbon management, technical help, and a business recognition program.  Eligible businesses in the Blacktown local government area in Sydney can join the Blacktown Business Energy Efficiency Program.

The Blacktown Solar City consortium is delivering this project on behalf of the Australian Government.  BP Solar heads the team comprising of Big Switch Projects, Endeavour Energy, Blacktown City Council and Landcom.
